I am overly used these few weeks,
I got design a new blog skin up again if possible.

Anyway,
What is circumstances?

According to the http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/circumstances%20
a condition, detail, part, or attribute, with respect to time, place, manner,agent, etc., that accompanies, determines, or modifies a fact or event; a modifying or influencing factor: Do not judge his behavior without considering every circumstance.

You go against your words under circumstances.
It is just like robbing a person because you had no money.
THEN policeman asked you, Why did you rob?
You replied them, "Stop putting ur circumstances on me."

Why not say it is an excuse, it sounds much better.
Never go against your words because you do affect some people, not for me anymore from now on.
